IMPROVED NOZZLE PLATE DEVICE AND ZIG FOR WASHING NOZZLE HOLE

PURPOSE: Provided is an improved nozzle plate device which uses a power device to make ease of inserting or withdrawing the nozzle plate so that it helps to prevent various disasters. CONSTITUTION: The improved nozzle plate device comprises the parts of: a first nozzle plate(10-1) which includes a pair of guide waist parts connected to a nozzle hole; a second nozzle plate(10-8) which includes a pair of guide waist parts as same as the guide waist part along a long direction and combines with the first nozzle plate by connecting the guide waist part and the nozzle hole; a first plate which includes a waist groove part at one side, an insertion part at the other side and the nozzle hole and a projection part internally to insert into the guide waist part of the second nozzle plate; and a second plate which includes the waist groove part to receive the insertion part of the first plate, the projection part and the nozzle hole internally and connects to the first plate.
