PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy trimming control of resistance and to produce a power distributor with high accuracy by using a strip slot coupling line on the surface of an earth conductor of a microstrip line. CONSTITUTION:An MIC-converted power distributor is produced by forming an absorbing resistance 4, a strip slot coupling line 6 and a 1/4 wavelength microstrip line 7 having an open end to input/output lines 1-3 respectively. The line 6 set on the surface of the earth conductor of the line 7 of a fixed wavelength so that the line 6 is positioned opposite to the line 7. Then input/output terminals 1 and 2 are connected to the 1st end part of the line 6 with the input/ output terminal 3 connected to the 2nd end part of the line 6 respectively. In addition, the end part corresponding to the 1st end of the line 6 is terminated by a circuit which is short-circuited with the resistance 4 and the using frequency, and the other end is opened. Thus the trimming control of the resistance 4 is facilitated and the production of a power distributor is ensured with high accuracy. |
