PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple setting method for conrolling a voltage so as to be maintained within a specified range and achieving the maximum output in a drive of an oscillating-type actuator. SOLUTION: By applying an alternating signal of a higher frequency than a resonance frequency outputted from a boosting circuit for switching a DC power supply and performing boosting through an inductance element to a piezoelectric element of an oscillator, the inductance of the inductance element is determined by setting the maximum and minimum frequencies f1, f2 as driving frequencies for the drive of the oscillating-type actuator of driving the oscillator and in accordance with a driving voltage at the maximum frequency f2. |
