PURPOSE:To produce the cover of a synthetic resin vessel in which lowering rotation torque is sufficiently small and elevating rotation torque is sufficiently large by causing the angle alpha1, between each fixing flap piece and the inner surface of a pilfer proof skirt observed in the reverse direction to the closing rotation direction of the vessel cover to be relatively large. CONSTITUTION:The cover body 2 of a vessel is molded from suitable synthetic resin such as polyolefin family resin by compression molding or injection molding. A sealing liner molding process and the forcibly inclining process of fixing flap pieces are applied onto the cover body 2 of the vessel. Thus, the vessel cover 90 is completed. Each root 38 of the fixing flaps 32 has the angle alpha1 as observed from the reverse direction to the rotating direction 42, and extends radially and inwardly from a root edge 34. alpha1 is relatively large, and especially in preferably in the range of 60 deg.<=alpha1<=90 deg.. |
