PURPOSE:To improve an appearance decorative property by removing being transparent of an inside by a method wherein when after slush molding of one side surfacing, another side surfacing is slush molded, a parting part is so molded as to lap a parting part by establishing a partition plate. CONSTITUTION:When a die 20 and a recovery box 25 are rotated, resin powder 27 is stuck to a mold face of the die 20, and is gelled to form a lower surfacing 15. At the same time, since a partition plate 29 of a second supply box 28 is extended to an upper surfacing 14 side, resin powder 27 constituting the lower surfacing 15 is further stuck to a parting part, i.e. to a projected line 21 part of the die 20 and to the inner surface side of the upper surfacing 14. Then, the resin powder 27 flowing out from an edge part of the partition plate 29 to outside the supply box 28, flows in the recovery box 25 following revolving operation, and is again recovered in the supply box 28. A thus formed surfacing material 13 becomes extremely excellent in appearance since a lap part 30 is formed at the parting part between the upper surfacing 14 and the lower surfacing 15 to form a sharp parting line 16. |
