PURPOSE: A pallet structure for an automation apparatus is provided to reduce gripping error of the automation apparatus by maintaining horizontal position of the objected parts to be gripped at a predetermined gripping position by the automation apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A pallet structure for an automation apparatus includes a working plate(11) rotatably installed on a supporting plate(10) positioned at certain height from ground. Parts supporting units are formed in equal distances on the supporting plate so as to be controlled in height on a constant circumference about rotating axis. In the base supporting the supporting plate is formed a horizontal position maintaining unit(30) for maintaining a horizontal position of the parts loaded on the parts supporting unit. A lifting unit for the parts supporting unit includes a driving motor(23) having a rack(21) formed on a vertical bar of the parts supporting unit and a pinion(22) engaged with the rack.
