PURPOSE:To stabilize the output by pressurizing a rotor by a pressure means varying in correspondence to a temperature. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic motor 10 is equipped with a stator 3, a rotor 6, etc., and the stator 3 is formed by sticking a piezoelectric element 2 on a ring shaped elastic body 1, then it is fixed to a base 4. A bimetal 8 is inserted between the elastic body 1 and a bearing 15 supporting a rotary shaft 9, and the rotor 9 is pressed to the stator 3 by elastic force. As a result, pressing force varies in a manner to compensate a characteristic of frequency deviation of the stator due to temperature change. |
