<p>PURPOSE:To keep the strength of a main base and to contrive thinning, miniaturization and light weight of the subject device by forming a through hole for a connecting link in the vicinity of a rotary cylinder on the main base and arranging a guide base having a guide groove above the hole. CONSTITUTION:A turning hole for turning the other end of a tape drawing part is formed in the other position over an inserting hole for the cylinder 2 on the main base 1, and the guide base 24 having the guide groove 4e for moving the other end of the tape drawing part to the side of the rotary cylinder is arranged above this turning hole. Consequently, the turning space for the tape drawing part in the thicknesswise direction can be narrowed. Then, by moving the other end of the tape drawing part to the side of the rotary cylinder along the guide groove 4e of the guide base 24, the guide groove on one side beyond the rotary cylinder inserting hole and the turning hole for turning the other end of the tape drawing part can be formed in separate positions. By this method, the strength of the main base 1 is maintained.</p> |
