PURPOSE:To project the scenery of the road corresponding to the course selected by a driver by calculating the traveling state according to the contents of driving operations, selecting the corresponding image data and reading the data out of an image stopage means. CONSTITUTION:The corresponding image data is selected by an image control means 11 which calculates the driving state according to the contents of the driving operations and is read out of the image memory means 12. Namely, the virtual positions, directions, speeds, etc., of the automobile on a map are calculated by receiving the driving operation signal of an accelerator, brake, etc., from the automobile 1 and the presence or absence of a change in the course at a crossing is judged. Instructions are emitted from the results thereof to the image storage device 12 so as to correct the automobile position on the road on which the automobile is considered to run and to project the scenery of the road corresponding to this position. The scenery of the road corresponding to the road on which the automobile is driven by the driver is projected in this way. |
