PURPOSE:To omit an exclusive equipment at a monitor center side by reading state information corresponding to a voice guide means based on the result of detection of a detection means, sending the information to a line connection means and connecting a line connection means to a telephone line connecting to the monitor center. CONSTITUTION:When a fault takes place in a card processing section 7, the fault is detected by a self-diagnostic program of a sensing section 9a. A control means 6 sends telephone number information of a monitor center 2 to a transmission control section 16, which controls a line controller 12 to execute the line connection between a transaction equipment 1 and a telephone set 4 of the monitor center 2. Then the control means 6 sends a control signal to a voice guide means 10 to read state information of 010-001 representing a fault of the card processing section 7. The state information is converted into analog information by the voice guide means 10, which is sent to a telephone set 4 of the monitor center 2. Through the operation above, a person in charge of the monitor center 2 listens to the occurrence of a fault of the card processing section 7 in the transaction equipment 1 in voice from the telephone set 4 without use of an exclusive equipment. |
