PURPOSE:To prevent picture quality from deteriorating even if a recording sheet of paper is stained by providing a sucking means which sucks the recording medium nearby a transfer means. CONSTITUTION:The sucking means 25 which sucks the recording medium 28 is provided nearby the transfer means 22. Therefore, even when what is called cut paper which is cut to specific size previously is used as the recording medium 28, the front and rear end parts of the recording medium 28 can be sucked by the sucking means 25 provided nearby the transfer means 22. Consequently, the recording medium 28 can be held at a specific position when the front end part and rear end part of the recording medium 28 passes the transfer part 22 and the recording medium 28 is never stained due to contact with a developer carrier 4 which carries a thin layer of a developer 2. Consequently, the print surface, etc., of the recording medium 117 is not stained and deterioration in the picture quality is eliminated. |
