PURPOSE:To remarkably improve mechanical characteristics required for packag ing at high speed, particularly heat-sealing properties by executing specific crosslinking treatment to two surface layers having specific relationship at Vicat softening points. CONSTITUTION:The gas barriering internal layer A of at least one layer mainly comprising at least one kind of a polymer selected from a group composed of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, polyamide and polyester and first B and second C surface layers consisting of at least one kind of a polymer selected from the group of a polypropylene polymer, an ethylene polymer, an ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer, and ethylene-aliphatic unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer, an ethylene-aliphatic unsaturated carboxylic acid ester copolymer, a soft polymer consisting of an alpha-olefine copolymer, an ion crosslinking copoly mer, the block copolymer of vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene derivative and a derivative thereof, and crystalline 1.2 polybutadiene are contained. A heat-shrinkable multilayer film made up of three layers formed of a polymer satisfying formula I is acquired. |
