PURPOSE:To suppress an increase in the cost of a mold and to improve molding operability by engaging a bottom forming part in contact with a female or male die on the way of filling melted resin in the mold, then moving the male or female die and further filling residual melted resin. CONSTITUTION:A resin material heated and melted by an injection molding machine 1 is filled from a nozzle 4 of the machine to a body of a product 19 to be molded through a die nozzle touch part 28, a sprue and a gate. When 25-90% of total resin amount is filled in a mold A, a cylinder 12 is actuated by cylinder moving means, etc., according to a forward position of an injection cylinder, an electric signal from a control board, a slide cam 10 is lifted, and a male die 2 is retreated. A gap to become a bottom of the product 19 is formed between a bottom forming part of the die 2 and a female die 3, melted resin is filled through the gap and grooves 16, 17, 18, thereby completing injection filling. |
