The anchor structure is built on the head of the concrete pile in order to enhance the cohesion force of the concrete pile and reduce a time of solidifying the concrete. The method comprises the steps of : chipping a circumference of a part of the pile exposed over a ground; installing a plurality of conductive connectors(3) at the circumference of the pile(1) and a cylindrical mould at a regular radius; solidifying the concrete(20) by supplying an electricity for the conductive connectors(3); removing the mould(5) and installing a reinforcing band round the circumference of the concrete(20).
