FIELD: instruments for control systems. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, transducer, which separates inner volume of housing into two chambers, which are filled with fluid. Transducer is designed as porous diaphragm with electrodes, which are mounted on both sides. Elastic system is designed as single bellows, which is located inside housing. Inertial mass is attached to bellows. In addition device has electromagnet, which is positioned outside of housing and engages inertial mass. Parameters of converter, which include inertial mass M, rigidity of bellows K, hydraulic resistance Rand effective area of transducer S, conform to equation. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. |
