The connection has a sealing ring (10) with at least one shaped projection (11) on the side towards the sealing surface (8) of the connector. The connection fits into a recess (12) in the sealing surface, to give a keyed lock against axial sliding. The sealing ring (10) is of a plastics compatible with foodstuffs, and especially polyamide, or it is of a soft metal and especially indium.
