Fuel tank holder for forklift truck

The holder comprises a pivot arm (28) which holds the fuel tank (24) and which is pivotably mounted on a counterweight (18). The pivot arm has a non-operating position holding the tank over and across the counterweight; a tank-replacement position in which the tank lies along the counterweight; and a neutral position in which the tank is at its highest position. A base plate (26) may also be fixed to the top of the counterweight, having a pivot pin (30) in a holder (46) on one end of a frame. The frame has an alignment pin (42) for positioning the tank on the frame.
