PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain sintering of nickel powder in low temp. and to obtain a conductive film having high electric conductivity even in the case of being thin film thickness by forming a composite oxide layer containing lantanium and nickel on at least a part of the surface of nickel powder. SOLUTION: As the composite oxide, material having a structure such as LaNiO3 , La2 NiO4 is given. The sintering of the nickel powder having this composite oxide on the surface is restrained at the low temp. range and the sintering is delayed to near starting temp. of the sintering of ceramic according to the oxide quantity and the excess sintering is prevented. Therefore, the rising of resistance or disconnection of conductor, the increase of film thickness, the delamination, etc., caused by discrepancy of shrinkage at the time of simultaneously sintering of the conductive layer and the ceramic layer, are prevented and the thin nickel conductor having good electric conductivity and stickines is formed. Further, the film thinning of the conductive layer in the laminated parts, etc., can be attained. The sintering starting delay effect is further improved in the case the chromium oxide exists in the composite oxide layer. |
