PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a pipe lining material for manufacturing easily and with good workability the pipe lining material of multi-layer structure. SOLUTION: An inner layer 2 is inserted into a tubular inversion guide liner 3 of high airtightness, and an inversion guide liner 3 and the inner layer 2 are inversion inserted into a surface layer 1 by applying the fluid pressure to the inversion guide liner 3, and then respective tubular resin absorbent materials 1A and 2A of the surface layer 1 and the inner layer 2 are impregnated with curing resin to manufacture a pipe lining material. The surface layer 1 and the inner layer 2 are manufactured respectively and individually by the arrangement, and respective manufactures are carried out with good workability, and among other things, a plastic film 1B coating the outer surface of the surface layer 1 is not marked. Also the inner layer 2 is inserted smoothly into the surface layer 1 to overlap easily the surface layer 1 with the inner layer 2 and form a multi-layer structure, and the pipe lining material of the multi- layer structure of the desired plate thickness can be manufactured easily and with good workability. |
