PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic sensor in which the spectrum of an acoustic signal can be analyzed at high speed and precisely by means of one piece of hardware. SOLUTION: Sound waves which are received by a wave-receiving part 24 are propagated to a cantilever rod-shaped resonance part 21 provided with rod-shaped resonators 25 in a length capable of being resonated at respectively different specific frequencies. Then, the respective resonators 25 at the resonance part 21 are resonated. Due to their resonance, the capacitance of a capacitor which is constituted of tip parts of the respective resonators 25 and of electrodes 3 is changed. A change in the capacitance is converted into an electric signal by a detection circuit 4, and the electric signal is integrated within an arbitrary set time. Thereby, a change with the passage of time in the level of the sound waves at the respective frequencies is detected. |
