PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for efficiently reducing the starting-time of a reforming device in which liquid raw materials are used. SOLUTION: Methanol and other liquid raw materials are evaporated in an evaporation part and gaseous hydrogen is produced in a reforming part. A condensed liquid removing means for removing the condensed liquid is provided in the reforming part to avoid that the gaseous raw materials is condensed in the reforming part to disturb the warming up at the time of warming up the reforming device. |
