FIELD: environmental protection. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for cleaning substances with formation of gases, for instance, solvents, which should not get into ambient atmosphere. Device has plastic carrying tape on which filtering tape is placed. Suction chamber are installed at each side of filtering tape. Carrying tape is made solid of thermoplastic material or in form separate members of thermosetting plastic. EFFECT: reduced diameter of drive and guide rollers, enhanced stability to aggressive substance in chemical atmosphere, no need of lubrication. 5 cl, 5 dwg
