PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a paper feed despite a change in the state of a paper sheet due to a change in an environmental condition, image volume or the like when feeding the printed paper sheet. SOLUTION: A paper ejector comprises a paper feed member 28 for feeding the printed paper sheet 15, and a paper feed drive part for driving the paper feed member 28 with a variable rotational frequency in dependence on a change in an environmental condition. Even if the paper sheet 15 flaps owing to an environmental condition, the paper feed member 28 is rotated at a low rotational frequency corresponding to the state to slow down the paper feed, so that the effect of air resistance on the paper sheet 15 can be reduced to stabilize the paper feed. |
