The cardboard display shelf (32) can be deployed between a first flat folded position and a second opened out position where it is held on a support. When opened out it has a display surface (22) raised relative to the support. This surface has a transverse slot (34). It is provided with self-adhesive papers (40) to be distributed which pass through the slot to be then gripped.
