PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align nozzle tips regularly by limiting the movable ranges of the nozzle tips to be placed to a tip rack and providing a tip rack adaptor with a supporting hole for aligning the nozzle tips regularly. SOLUTION: Nozzle tips 3 are placed to the upper part of a commercially available tip rack in constitution. A grating is formed of vertical and horizontal rod-shaped members 4 connecting the inner edges of a rectangular frame body matching the shape of the tip rack, and the movable ranges of the root parts of the nozzle tips 3 of circular cross section are limited to align the nozzle tips 3 regularly. Circular protrusions are provided at the points of intersection of the vertical and horizontal rod-shaped members 4 so as to be located at the centers of the points of intersection. Fan-shaped protrusions each in the shape of a 1/4 circle located at the four corners of the grating come into contact with the root parts of circular cross section of the nozzle tips 3 to limit the movements of the nozzle tips 3, and the nozzle tips 3 are approximately vertically placed. Downward oriented conical guides 5 are provided at the points of intersection of the rod-shaped members 4 to facilitate the installation of an adaptor. The movable ranges of the root parts of the nozzle tips 3 are limited by approximately circular supporting holes. |
