PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve nighttime visibility in an intersection, garaging, etc., by inhibiting changing of a vehicle headlamp irradiation angle, and fixing to a preset irradiation angle, in accordance with a comparison result between at least a car speed sensor detection value and a prescribed value, of the car speed sensor detection value and a vehicle peripheral condition detection value. SOLUTION: In vehicle headlamp control by a microcomputer, a driver closes a headlamp switch, to light a headlamp (step 101, 103). Next, based on a car speed sensor, a vehicle running speed is detected to be compared with a prescribed value (104, 105). When the speed is the prescribed value or less, a predetermined headlamp control fixed value is read, as this fixed value, a vertical directional angle is a down direction maximum value relating to an optical axis in both right/left headlamps, and a horizontal directional angle is in irradiation of a little outer side relating to the vehicle advancing direction. That is, an irradiation light quantity is ensured, and an angle capable of irradiating the widest range in the periphery of a vehicle is set, in the end, a control signal of a headlamp drive part is output (107, 108).
|
