PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shear reinforcing bar which is easily adapted to the variety of a main bar of a reinforcing concrete, has the excellent laying workability and corrosion resistance, and contributes to the weight saving, and to provide a method for constructing reinforced concrete pillar therewith. SOLUTION: A string-like or strip-like uncured FRP made by impregnating beforehand a resin uncured at a normal temperature in a filament-fiber reinforced material is arranged around a plurality of main bars 8 as shear reinforcing bars 6, and cured by heating, ultraviolet rays irradiation or electrical conduction. Or, at the site of manufacturing the reinforcing bars of reinforced concrete, the normal temperature curable type of resin is impregnated in a string-like or strip-like filament-reinforced material, and a prepared uncured FRP is arranged around a plurality of main bars 8 as shear reinforcing bars 6. |
