PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering apparatus capable of surely stabilizing a vehicle behavior by preventing the vehicle behavior from becoming unstable caused by a yaw rate. SOLUTION: The turning angle of a wheel 4 is changed according to the output of an actuator 2 driven by the operation of an operation member 1. To obtain a variable correlated to the yaw rate of a vehicle at least the operation input value of the operation member 1 and a car speed are detected. A controller 20 is provided to compute the target output value of the actuator 2 so as to eliminate deviation obtained by subtracting a detected yaw rate from a target yaw rate set according to the variable, and to control the actuator 2 so as to eliminate the deviation of a detected output value from the target output value.
