The baseplate (2) is flat and is fastened to the wall by nails, screws etc. The distance piece (3) may be cylindrical with an angled front surface and may be glued (4) to the baseplate. A fastening plate (6) of greater diameter is glued (5) to the front surface and has two keyhole-shaped slots which accommodate pins with enlarged heads on a circular plate (7) fastened to the back of the picture or the CD-cassette (1).
