<p>The invention deals with a trough-like prefabricated silo from reinforced concrete and solves the problem of ensiling in provisional silos (heaps on the ground (7)), massive trough-like silo as well as column-like silo. The silo consists of a monolithic baseplate from reinforced concrete (1), which extends to an inlet platform (3), outlet platform (4) as well as left and right prefabricated elements (2) from reinforced concrete. The trough-like silo from reinforced concrete with its flexible prefabricated assembly consist of: prefabricated elements (2) from reinforced concrete, which are inserted at a certain angle (14) into the groove (12) of the baseplate (1) providing an assembly, which features a very favourable net/gross surface ratio. The inclinations (8 and 9) of the baseplate (1), the vertical edges (15) of elements (2) provide a good fit and prevent the leakage of silage liquids as well as the access of air to the ensilage. The silage liquids are drained off by a transverse groove (10) and are collected in the silage liquid container (11). The inclination angle (14) of elements (2) reduces the possibility of damage to working means and enables good compression. Iron hooks (16), which are built into the back side of elements (2), connected by a pipe (17) and keyed by a wedge (18) provide a stable construction of prefabricated elements (2).</p> |
