PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving blade and a rotor disc to reduce stress on a contact edge end. SOLUTION: A moving blade having a dovetail part 24 is installed in the inside of a complementary slot 14 provided on a rotor disc 12 while an outside pressure surface 38 and an inside pressure surface 42 are respectively engaged with each other along the radial direction. Clearance grooves 48, 50 to lower peak stress there are provided by reducing rigidity at a contact edge end 46 between the pressure surfaces.
