The invention concerns a ball bearing comprising inner (2) and outer (1) steel rings each having two ball-bearing grooves (6, 7), ceramic balls (3) in contact with and between the ball-bearing grooves (6, 7), a cage (4) between the rings (1, 2) retaining the balls (3), and two annular sealing joints (5), substantially radial between the rings (1, 2), to retain a lubricant in the volume containing the balls (3) and the cage and defined between the rings (1, 2) and the two sealing joints (5).
