PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect inattentive driving speedily even when image data becomes vague by light reaching it. SOLUTION: In an inattentive driving condition detection device provided with an image device CL1 detecting a driver's condition and an inattentive driving judging means CL2 processing the image data obtained by the image device CL1 to judge a driver's inattentive driving condition, it is provided with a vague condition detection means CL3 detecting that the image data is in an incomplete and vague condition and an inattentive driving assuming means CL4 assuming driver's inattentive driving from image information of the vague condition detection means CL3 when detecting the vague condition by the vague condition detection means CL3.
