PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To link image information with customer information to manage the customer information and to output it on a display in a mobile image communication terminal, on a display in a personal computer, or by a printer for offering better service to a repeater (regular customer). SOLUTION: This system is constructed of a camera for taking an image of a face or a whole body of the customer or its skeletal frame, a system transferring image information from the camera through a wired or wireless network to an image server, customer information collected by questionnaires or voice input, a system transferring the customer information to a data server, and a customer list associating the image information and the customer information transferred from the data server and the image server with each other and listing them as the same information automatically. |
