This arrangement allows the guiding operation period information to be output from the output terminal 90c of the information output connector according to the operation of the rotating member 36, thus making it possible to easily and clearly grasp the operating condition of the rotating member 36 according to signal outputs from the output terminal and to easily and accurately inspect the rotating member 36 for its operating condition.
