ORGANIC FIELD EMISSION DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic field emission display panel and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve an accuracy of alignment by preventing a contact between an organic material having different colors and a solvent. CONSTITUTION: An anode layer(2) is deposited to one direction of a transparent substrate(1). The first insulating layer(3), the second insulating layer(4), and the third insulating layer(5) are formed sequentially on an upper surface of the anode layer(2). The first groove of a predetermined width is formed on the first insulating layer(3). The second groove is formed on the second insulating layer(4). A groove is formed on an upper surface of the third insulating layer(5). A light emission layer(7a) is formed in an inside of the second groove of the second insulating layer(4). A cathode layer(8a) is formed on an upper surface of the light emission layer(7a). A protective layer(9) is formed on the cathode layer(8a). The light emission material residues, the cathode material residues, and the protective layer(9) are removed from the upper surface of the third insulating layer(5).
