PURPOSE: An apparatus for supplying a growth agent is provided, thereby nutrients are automatically supplied to facilitate the growth of microorganisms and consequently to absorb organic materials while disposing various organic wastes. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for supplying a growth agent comprises: an aeration tank(700) which transfers waste water from a dissolved air flotation tank(600) to a sedimentation tank(800) wherein undegradable oils, and COD and BOD can be treated; the sedimentation tank(800) which precipitates the solid content of the waste water; a transportation pump(30) which transports the precipitated sludge; a ware box(10) which checks the amount and status of the transferred sludge; an urea-supplying device; an ammonium phosphate-supplying device; a first zone pH meter(20) which detects the hydrogen concentration of the inlet of the aeration tank(700); an eighth zone pH meter which detects the hydrogen concentration of the outlet of the aeration tank(700); a pH meter-controlling apparatus which converts pH values from pH meters into current signals; a calculator which calculates the current difference between two current signals; and an AC inverter which operates motors using the output current from the calculator.
