PURPOSE: A mixed passage fan and structure of cold passage of refrigerator applying the same are provided to improve efficiency and to reduce noise. CONSTITUTION: A mixed passage fan(20) comprises an axial flow fan(21) comprising a hub(22) joined to a rotary axis of a motor and a plurality of rotary blades(23) formed on a periphery of the hub in radial direction to discharge air in axial direction; and a turbo fan(25) connected with the hub and comprising a plurality of rotary blades(26), whose number is greater than number of the rotary blades of the axial flow fans, separated from tips of the axial flow fan to discharge air in radial direction.
