PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive pattern forming method capable of forming a high definition pattern, ensuring high production efficiency and appropriately used when a resin substrate or a resin film is used as a substrate. SOLUTION: In the electrically conductive pattern forming method, an electrically conductive layer is formed using a photosensitive composition containing (A) electrically conductive particles, (B) an alkali-soluble resin, (C) a compound containing an ethylenically unsaturated group and (D) a photopolymerization initiator and the electrically conductive layer is exposed and developed to form a pattern. |
