<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fault managing method for a production line which can manage individual facilities of the production line in detail according to its fault state. SOLUTION: The operation timing of at least one of a solenoid valve, a motor, and a limit switch provided for individual facilities of a GD line is electrically detected and inputted to a personal computer. The time and frequency of a fault are counted by the counter according to the operation timing of the individual facilities of the GD line. The counted fault time and frequency of the day and their accumulated values are displayed as a fault history and the fault states of the day and accumulated ones are compared with each other.</p> |
