PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for treating crops, capable of accurately and smoothly performing works of treating the crops to have a prescribed treated state and capable of achieving labor saving and efficiency improvement. SOLUTION: This system comprises putting a green onion A transported by a receiving conveyor 15, on a loading part 42 of an aligning conveyor 41, in a nearly oblique posture with a root part Ac low, cutting a leaf part Aa and the root part Ac to have an even length with an equally cutting device 40, then making the green onion A to have a nearly vertical posture and to be held so as to transfer along a circular path with a transporter 20, peeling a skin Ad of the green onion A with a separator 8, then making the green onion to have a nearly horizontal posture and putting on a collecting conveyor 67, feeding the green onion A transferred with the collecting conveyor 67 to a sorting equipment 72 and sorting the green onion according to predetermined classifying items (e.g. same grade or weight).
