SOLUTION: This multi-functional culturing bank A is constituted by a pedestal 1 having an optional arranging part 13 and fishery related functions, and used as sunk in the bottom of the sea, and at least one optional members 3, 4, 5 having different functions on the fishery from the pedestal 1 and arranged selectively on the optional arranging part 13.
