PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the excessive adherence of a reed valve, suppress the generation of noise and suppress an increase in motive power consumption caused by excessive compression, while reducing the number of precesses of a discharge valve and the number of parts to reduce a cost. SOLUTION: Each opposite face of the reed valve 22 and a valve seat 21 has magnetism of homopolarity to lift the reed valve 22 from the valve seat 21 by using the bounce of the magnetism. When inverse pressure is generated between the valve seat 21 and the reed valve 22 that are closely adhered to each other by an air pressure difference that is created at a discharge valve chamber 15 side and higher than that of a discharge hole 13, and when the reed valve 22 is separated from the valve seat 21, the separation is facilitated by using the bounce of the magnetism to separate the reed valve 22 from the valve seat 21 without a delay in response and with less shock.
