PURPOSE: Provided is clear soup with dough flakes obtained by heating rice in water and pouring dough flakes thereinto while heating. The product has a chewy texture and good taste and is rich in nutritive values. CONSTITUTION: Rice in an amount of 1/100 to 1/10 by volume of wheat flour volume is introduced into water, mildly heated to a degree in which the rice is soaked, and then heated with seasoning while pouring dough flakes thereinto to produce the titled food product. Also, it is produced by heating rice in an amount of 1/100 to 1/10 by volume of wheat flour to a degree in which the rice is soaked, and then pouring dough flakes and seasoning. The dough flakes are made from wheat flour and raw soy powder in an amount of 1/10 to 1/2 by volume of the wheat flour. |
