PURPOSE: A fomentation bed having a heating mattress emitting far infrared rays is provided to facilitate the circulation of blood and metabolism of a user when the user lays on the bed, thereby rapidly relieving user's fatigue. CONSTITUTION: The fomentation bed is comprised of a bed frame having a support member(550) foldable outwardly at the both lower ends of the frame; a plurality of support plates that their both ends are fitted into the support member in an arch form over the bed frame; a tunnel shaped blocking part provided in a space between the inner surface of the support plate and the top surface of the bed frame; and a heating mattress(200) emitting far infrared rays on the blocking part and the bed frame.
