PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the amplitude and phase deviations of a transmission signal during communicating with another system, and to reduce the size and the cost of a system. SOLUTION: A base-band signal generator 107 outputs to a transmission power amplifier 114 a transmission base-band signal and a gain control signal, to which coefficients for antenna directivity setting are multiplied. and the transmission power amplifier 114 amplifies the transmission base-band signal, according to the gain relative to the gain control signal and sends from an antenna 102. By means of an ATT 118 the output signal from the amplifier 114 is attenuated, based on the gain control signal. An amplitude-phase comparison section 110 finds the errors of the amplitude and phase errors between attenuated signals determined to be the same frequencies by frequency conversion sections 120, 121 and an input signal on the amplifier 114, and a phase amplitude correcting section 108 corrects the transmission base-band signal and the gain control signal so that the errors are eliminated.
