PURPOSE: A water soluble coating agent comprising a water soluble rubberized asphalt coating agent and an isocyanate hardener is provided. The coating which is easily applied to the places with difficulty in working, is performed by spraying a coating agent and a hardener separately. CONSTITUTION: The water soluble coating agent is prepared by the following steps of: mixing 3-10pts.wt. of pure water, 0.1-1.0pts.wt. of emulsifier, and 40pts.wt. of styrene butadiene copolymer resin, and keeping temperature less than 45deg.C; adding 40pts.wt. of asphalt, mixing for 30min. and keeping temperature less than 70deg.C; adding 5pts.wt. of stabilizer for isocyanate, 5pts.wt. of stabilizer for emulsified asphalt, 1.5pts.wt. of antifoaming agent, and 3pts.wt. of flow preventer. The coating applied to the places such as vertical wall and castable structure, etc. is performed by spraying coating agent and hardener, 0.05-0.2pts.wt. of isocyanate refluxing N2 gas, separately with a multi-head spray gun joining heating line and quantitative pump. The thickness of coating is 3-5mm per one time.
