PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for transmitting and receiving data, in a multi-user MIMO system provided with a base station connected to a plurality of user devices. SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of calculating each channel capacity information, using a linear reception system and a nonlinear reception system by a user device; performing feed-back of the calculated channel capacity information to the base station, calculating each system capacity by the base station, using at least two antenna scheduling methods different from each other, based on the channel capacity information performed the feedback from the user device; and assigning antennas to a plurality of user devices, using a larger antenna scheduling method in system capacity between at least two antenna scheduling methods.
