PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sealed vibration absorbing device for preventing abnormal noises from being transmitted from a mounting bracket or a partition member into a cabin while suppressing the occurrence of bubbles in an opening on the side of a main liquid chamber of an orifice passage. SOLUTION: The partition member 31 in a disc shape is constructed integrally with an elastic body part 32, a partition plate part 51 and a second elastic body part 41 laid on one another in descending order. The elastic body part 32 has an outer orifice passage 33 provided on the lower face side along almost all periphery of the outer periphery and an opening portion 34 opening at one end through the upper face. The elastic body part 32 is fixed to the partition plate part 51 with a locking protrusion 38 on the lower face fixed to a locking hole 55 of the partition plate part 51. Thus, the elastic body part 32 can be slightly floated from the partition plate part 51 with the input of vibration, to absorb liquid pressure while suppressing the occurrence of bubbles on the side of the main liquid chamber K1.
