PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction cable capable of effectively reducing generated leak electromagnetic noise when the leak electromagnetic noise is generated from the side of a power line, and to provide a noise reduction communication apparatus. SOLUTION: The noise reduction cable 100A, 100B includes a cable 101, and a power source plug 103 to be connected to the cable 101. A filter 102 is arranged at the side of the power source plug 103.
